Vegan Ranch Dressing
Recipe #1 (It’s always better with fresh ingredients)
Ingredients
1 cup of soaked and rinsed raw Cashews
1/2 of a small onion
1 Tablespoon of fresh dill (this can be adjusted to your taste, I like the flavor so know this is on the stronger side)
1 medium sized clove of garlic
1/4 cup of fresh Parsley (I recommend that you slowly add some in until you get your desired flavor)
Juice from 1 lemon
1 1/2 – 2 cups of water (depending on how thick you want the dressing)
Sea salt to taste
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
Recipe #2 (This taste just as good and its faster to make)
Ingredients
1 cup of raw cashews
1 1/2 tsp of onion powder
1 1/2 tsp of dill
1 1/2 tsp of dried parsley
1 medium sized clove of garlic
Juice from 1 small lemon or 1/2 of a medium lemon
1 1/2 – 2 cups of water (depending on how thick you want the dressing)
Sea salt to taste
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
I had this Ranch Dressing with some sweet potatoes that I roasted. Just chop them in cubes, add some garlic powder and bake them for 30 mins at 400 degrees.
I learned from Medical Medium that sweet potatoes are abundant in vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients. They are also important for regulating hair growth.
