Inflammation…What Does That Exactly Mean?

Inflammation is your body’s way of protecting itself from infection, illness, or injury. This is our immune system’s normal response which doesn’t pose an issue until it is constantly happening without a reason. So…. with all of that going on, what can one do to help ease inflammation? Well a great way to support our bodies is to eat anti-inflammatory foods. One food that helps to bring down inflammation is GINGER.

One of the easiest ways to get GINGER in on a daily basis is to drink GINGER water, which is grated fresh ginger, lemon juice, raw honey & water.
