I myself am on a journey to recovering and throughout my journey I’ve noticed that my diet and lifestyle are constantly changing. Its due to numerous factors such as severity of symptoms, finances, time, etc.
Fortunately, I’m on the road to recovery and so desire to give back hope to others who suffer with chronic illnesses. Which is the reason I decided to share my experiences as well as all the knowledge I’ve learned over the years with all of you.
I want you to know, you are not alone! I too have gone through many health challenges but I have faith that together we will HEAL!
Honestly, this is something I wish I had when I began my healing journey.

My Story
I was diagnosed with eczema when I was just a little baby. I’ve suffered with it throughout my life. When I was a child I was covered from head to toe in rash. Sometimes my flareups would surface for years while some years I had none. As I aged I ended up accumulating other symptoms. Like migraines, terrible sinus allergies, ringing in the ears, hair loss, pain in the right abdomen, chronic neck pain, and I began to feel lightheaded for no reason. (Click here for more details)
Over the years I have gone to doctors, personally researched and experimented, as well as failed with numerous diets and homeopathic remedies. But I have finally found a style that fits my budget, is easy enough for me to do, and has actually helped me to heal. Is it the perfect style for everyone? Of coarse not, but this is MY STYLE. This is what works for ME. Could it work for you? Absolutely!
